http://www.kashikicks.com/

Recently I was approached by a few people over at http://www.kashikicks.com/ wondering how they could be featured on We Love Kicks. Needless to say, I was honored that they were interested in using my site to gain some exposure. I simply requested they send me a pair of their shoes to test out and give a review on. They kindly accepted.
The particular sneaker that I was interested was the "Mobile Player Generation 2", as it's called on their site. Upon inspection, I noticed this shoe was a combination of comfort and style. Theyre a lightweight, sleek, casual looking shoe with an air bubble to the near and velcro strapped on the upper. They have a material most of us know as "3M", which is a reflective material (like what you see on the green bean Jordan V's). I like the use of the different materials, because its not too over the top, but still fun and stylish at the same time.
Kashi Kicks has alot of different styles of kicks to choose from. So head over and check out their site. Get ready to see some sneakers like you've never seen before. Kashi Kicks is known for their use of bright colors and crazy materials, so dont be alarmed. Haha.
I'd like to give a special thanks to Jennifer and Alex from Kashi Kicks for contacting me.
If youre interested in being featured on We Love Kicks, feel free to contact me at ki_tothe_lo@yahoo.com

Air Jordan Force XX (AJF 20) Low LS - Dark Cinder - Varsity Red

The Air Jordan Force XX Low or AJF 20 Low has been one of the sleeper Air Jordan Fusion’s released by Brand Jordan lately and here is a new colorway from the Jordan LS (Lifestyle) Collection, which means that these are a bit more limited than various other Air Jordan shoes and they will only be released at select Jordan Brand Lifestyle accounts. This Dark Cinder and Varsity Red pair looks like a nice colorway to put on with a pair of dark denim jeans for the Winter season. The upper uses a mixture of premium leather and nubuck while the midsole features a color pop stitching with Red thread against a Dark Cinder midsole and to finish the shoe off the outsole uses a Gum colorway. These AJF20 Low LS’ will be released on December 20th with a retail price tag of $140.

Nike Womens Skinny Dunk x Paule Marrot - Cherries

Nike is redesigning one of their most used models, the Nike Dunk, to better serve the female Nike consumers. Called, the Nike Skinny Dunk, it’s aesthetically unchanged from the original Dunk but has been redesigned by a team of female designers at Nike to create a better fitting Dunk for her. A number of Skinny Dunks will be available for the ladies next Spring and Summer 2009. To play with pop culture, the above two versions uses a cherry print from the iconic 19th Century French Designer.

Nike Womens Skinny Dunk High - Butterflies & Feathers - Spring 2009

There are a ton of hot Dunks slated for Spring, including the Paule Marrot “Cherries” Skinny Dunks we showed you yesterday. Here are two more additions to the big-things-come-in-smaller-packages poster family that is Nike Sportswear’s Skinny Dunk.
No need to pink-and-shrink when the Swoosh can offer a slimmer shillouette in interesting colours and patterns like these. They both follow the same patterns: toe, eyelets, heel, Swoosh and lining in one colour; laces, tongue, toebox, wing, side and rear panels in another.
The first pair has a shiny but unevenly finished metallic gold laid over white. A butterfly pattern in a non-metallic tonal gold colour gets denser the higher it goes. The others are black over red, with white feathers in a pattern almost exactly like the butterflies.
They’re so similar and both so excellent that you’ll probably want both when they drop early next year, so stick with SneakerNews for more details as they surface.

Nike SB Fall 2009 Preview

2009 is drawing close, so the hype machine for the spring fashion season is in full swing. We all know the kings of sport footwear hype reside in Beaverton, Oregon, so it’s no shock that we’re already seeing the entire Fall collection from Nike SB.
First off, the cover of the catalog features the gold SB box we’ve come to expect recently, so this casts some doubt on the permanence of the blue box we just saw with the super-limited Made For Skate Blazers.
As for the shoes, the pics speak for themselves. Be sure to check out pics of the all new P-Rod 3, BruinSB, Veloce and Janoski models. Rest assured that you’ll see tons of each one as we move through the next year.

Nike Air Force 1 - Elephant Print Pack + Spring 2009 Preview

The closer we get to the end of this year, the more (it seems) we get to see of what’s in store for Nike in 2009. We have gotten to peep a lot of upcoming Dunks, some Nike SBs and even some Jays, so now it is time we see what Nike Sportswear has cooking for the classic Air Force 1.The Creative Director of Nike Sportswear explains,” For the launch of Nike Sportswear [In 2008] we looked at the Beijing games and derived inspiration from that. This Season [2009], we took ACG and its 20th anniversary as a driving force for the creative direction,” so we can bet there are a lot of dope ideas swirling around at NSW.
The most dominant impression from this small preview of Air Force 1s it the generous and novel use of elephant print on all of the Spring 2009 AF1s from the Supreme to the Premium as well as the In-Line models. Keeping it fresh as usual, NSW gives the elephant print a new, laser-etched look that is concentrated at the top of the upper on some of the models allowing the elephant print to diminish in density closer to the sole. Other features include classic elephant print around the toe-box, some embossed textures and new, softer leather.
These should definitely get you excited about what’s popping for 2009.

Nike SB Dunk High Unreleased Sample - Mint Chocolate Chip

Fall 2007 was the season that Nike SB’s “Mint Chocolate Chip” Dunk High was supposed to hit store shelves. With only two pairs in existence, it is high unlikely that these SB Dunk Highs will ever release, but for now enjoy the photo. This Dunk High is made up of mostly black leather and suede with mint appearing on the middle panel, lacing area, tongue, inner lining and contrasting stitching. The reasoning behind Nike deciding not to release this Dunk High are unknown.

Exclusive to grade school sizes, this Air Jordan I (1) Retro High was previewed earlier in the week, but here are additional shots of the soon to be release sneaker. The Air Jordan I consists of a black and vivid blue colorway with an interesting pattern lining the inside. The pattern uses black and vivid blue along with hints of yellow that also appears on the tongue. I think I speak for most when I say that these should be available in mens sizes, but nevertheless a great release for smaller sizes. You can expect to see this Air Jordan I in-stores on December 6th with a price tag of $85.

Nike Air Force II High - Black / White - Pro Gold - Gum Yellow
