Nike Blazer Hi Premium NBA Pack

The Blazer High Premium, Nike’s 1st ever basketball shoe, will be releasing this Fall in a six-sneaker pack. These colorways are inspired by different NBA teams which include the Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks and others. Different from the original Blazer, each shoe in this pack possesses a suede upper, colored outsole, and a pair of matching shoelaces.

Many NBA-inspired Adidas sneakers have dropped lately, (NBA Forum Mid and Adidas Metro Attitude) since Adidas is the sole license holder for the NBA; however, Nike continues to compete with its NBA-inspired packs. These kicks will release October 11th at Atmos.

Nike WMNS Air Max 90 - Neutral Grey - Powder Blue

The latest Nike WMNS Air Max 90 to be released is this Netural Grey and Powder Blue pair that offers another AM90 with a mesh toe box, something that sneakerheads are always asking for. In addition the the toe box offering a mesh material the heel does as well. The Neutral Grey and Powder Blue are great complimenting colors and we’re sure this will be a big hit amongst the female sneakerheads out there.

Krink x Nike Air Force 1 Supreme - 1World

Early in the month, we had a preview of the upcoming 1World collaboration with graffiti artist KR and his company Krink. For those who needs an education, check out Krink for more on their line of high end paints and markets for street art. Thanks to our friends over at Premium Laces, we were able to get some good detailed shots in every angle. Not really seen in the earlier photos is the 3M reflective upper along with the signature dripping paint. Check out the photos below and keep your eyes on Sneaker News for more details on a release date.

Nike Womens Dunk Hi Premium Black/Yellow

It’s been a minute since we had some women’s Dunks for you, but here they come. The Nike Women’s Dunk High Premium is available now at the Nike Store.

The black/yellow is a dope colorway, a similar look to that Old Love New Love Jordan release without the high dollar price tag. Wool on the uppers, combined with leather uppers makes for a unique new combination for the tried and true Nike Dunk. These are available now at Nike for $105.

Nike All Court Hispanic Heritage Month

Hispanic Heritage Month is a period recognizing the contributions of Hispanic Americans to the United States. It lasts from September 15th to October 15th. Therefore, with a week left, it is only right to spot a sneaker inspired by this specific celebration surfacing on the web. The Nike All Court Hispanic Heritage was designed by Nike designer Kiki McGehee in observance of this time period.

An artistic technique called piteado is featured on this sneaker in which pita (thread made from fiber) is imprinted onto to leather in decorative patterns. This style has been used on belts, sandals, saddles and boots consistently in Latin America culture. The word “Pride” is visible on the ankle area in a font that was used by the low rider culture of the southwest. Floral accents also appear throughout the sneaker as well. Bad news. This special edition will not be available for retail.

Nike Air Force 1 - Medium Grey / Varsity Red / Black

The most recent AF1 release features a medium grey, varsity red and black color-way, a subtle combination that works well with the Air Force 1. Furthermore, the upper is varied with the use of a different material for the back heel panel while the rest of the sneaker is made up of full grain leather. Available now at select Nike retailers.

Nike Womens Blazer Low - Plaid Pack

This Blazer Low features a combination of different plaid patterns, the Blazer Low sports beige swoosh, as opposed to the black swoosh seen on the Air Max 1. These have been listed as a womens model, but there is nothing feminine about this classy Blazer Low.

Women’s Nike Air Force 1 Purple/Black Satin

What’s with all the black and purple for the women these days? Last week we showed you the Nike Womens Air Max 90 Black/Purple and some of you guys were sick because they were only for women. Well, bring out the frowns again or try to find some Lisa Leslie-sizes in these! This Nike Air Force One Purple/Black Satin is only for women as well.

This model, similar to the pink and black satins, possesses purple accents on the midsole and ankle. A darker purple is visible on the strap and swoosh; however, it’s the 100% satin upper that gives these sneakers a rich, flush look. I think Nike is doing the ladies right with this one!

Nike Air Tech Challenge Hybrid

Many Agassi heads want Nike to bring back the Air Tech Challenge 4, and Nike is (sort of). A unique Nike Air Tech Challenge Hybrid (yes, another hybrid) has surfaced on the web. This style inhibits certain specifics from all four shoes in the Air Tech Challenge series as well as a little overuse of color. These sneakers will publicly release in April, 2009.

Nike Blazer Game Select Available at FinishLine

The Nike Atari Blazer, also called the Nike Blazer Game Select, has now been spotted in stores such as Finishline.

Inspired by the Atari CX2600 game system, this sneaker portrays a wood-grain midsole, as does the Nike Air Force II Game Select. These are available now at Finishline for $89.99.

Goadome + Foamposite = Nike Air Foamdome

Maybe a bit of a coincidence to followup our feature about hybrids, but I think there was a bit destiny!

Nike launched a large scale marketing and product development project last winter centered around the boot market. Across the east coast many hang up their kicks for something designed to handle the harsher, outside elements of winter, but Nike was not ready to let everyone switch away from the swoosh for the season.

This winter, the Nike Air Max Goadome will release again in its usual form, but complimenting the staple Nike boot is a hybrid with the Air Foamposite creating the Nike Air Foamdome. Penny fans have had it good for the past two years with the return of the Foamposite in a number of colors, the Penny II, and Penny III on the horizon, but this may be a too much for some purists.

Nike Womens Air Max 90 for 2009

For 2009, one of the most sought after running silhouettes in sneaker history, will return once again. Nike will bring six colorways of the Nike Womens Air Max 90 to your local retailers. Does anyone not love this classic running shoe?

The ladies will see six colorways of the AM90 next year. All will have a simple two color set up, which will make for a popular run. Adding to the keep it simple approach, they give us the mesh toe. This is a great feature for most, because the leather toed 90’s tend to show creasing really easily. We all know how that can bring down your day. With the variety of color choices amongst the six versions, there will be a colorway for everyone to cop next year.

Nike Air Structure Triax 91 - April 2009

Coming off a strong debut this year, the Nike Air Structure Triax ‘91 is carried through 2009 with two new models hitting stores in April. The popular Air Structure is featured in two subtle color combinations, white/blue/black/pink and white/purple/black/ice blue. The sneaker sticks to mesh composition and an air sole, a definite winning combination. Look for these to be released at Vagant next April.

Nike Air Max Light Exclusives at JD Sports

As a major player in the shoe game JD Sports has hooked up with Nike a number of times to bring back some vintage styles from the 90’s in exclusive colorways. The Air Max Light is one of those early 90’s running shoes that has a silhouette that will probably never go out of style.

This latest colorway in Black/White Varsity Red is always a sneakerhead favorite (Thanks you MJ), and this version does not disappoint. This Air Max Light features mesh and synthetic uppers, along with that famous air bubble. This JD Sports exclusive will set you back £84.99 and is available now.

Air Jordan Fusion 9

As JB continues to ‘fusion’ everything, we wonder if boredom will set in. The latest model to surface on the web is the Air Jordan Fusion 9. Obviously, this sneaker is a combination of the Nike Air Force One and the Jordan 9. Applying the ‘Fusion Effect’ to the Jordan 3 and Jordan 20 previously, JB plans to release this style in April 2009. If you recall, the Fusion model of the Jordan 6 will be releasing in 2009 as well.

From this blueprint picture, we can see this Jordan 9 will feature a varsity red midsole, white upper, and a black tongue. This is only an official sketch of the Jordan 9 Fusion, so check back for detailed pictures.

Nike Air Pegasus ‘89 April 2009 Preview

Nike will be rolling out more classic styles with a new revamped look. Consisting of a what appears to a mens and womens model, April will see the release of the grey/blue/black and grey/pink/black Air Pegasus ‘89. Following the Air Structure is the soon to be released Air Pegasus, with that said Nike’s line-up for next year looks as promising as ever. Look for these to drop next April.

Nike SB Dunk Super Heroes/Villains Pack

The Nike SB Superheroes/Villains Pack is an upcoming release from Nike Skateboarding that will include 3 versions of the Dunk SB.

The “Spiderman” Nike SB Dunk Mid, is easily the most recognizable, with blue and red colors that match perfectly if “Spidey” ever decided to skateboard. The “Batman” Nike SB Dunk Mid is a sick colorway, that represents the darkness of Gotham City and the Caped Crusader. The only “Villain” in this release is inspired by Venom, which is portrayed with a Nike SB Dunk High in a simple Black/White colorway.

Nike Air Force 1 Womens - Quilted - Metallic Summit - Burgundy

Looks like quilted leather is this seasons trendy material at Nike, we already seen it on the Air Max 1, and a set of Terminators recently but all were for men. This pair should satisfy the jealousy of some of the female sneaker heads out there. This will be the first of three colorways to use this style of material-blocking. This pair features a metallic summit on the front half through the quilted pattern in the side panels and a deep burgundy in the back half. White and deep burgundy accent the rest of the sneakers. These drop this weekend at Nike Air Force 1 retailers.

Release Date: 10/18/2008
Name: Women’s Air Force 1 Low
Style #: 318769-161
Colors: Metallic Summit White-Deep Burgundy
Price: $85

Nike Tennis Classic

Getting a bit of love from Fragment Design earlier in the month, the Nike Tennis Classic is more than just the base for the collaboration, but has appeared in four new designs. The first of the four uses neutral colors like obsidian, granite and white. The second of the four is also another subtle sneaker that consists of black, anthracite and stealth. However, the last two feature a little bit more color with color-ways of baroque brown/sport red/yellow ochre and hemp/baroque brown. A solid release of Tennis Classics following the project with Fragment Design.

Lance Mountain x Nike SB Blazer

The Lance Mountain x Nike SB Blazer is a from the collaboration of Lance Mountain, C. R. Stecyk III, and Nike Skateboarding. The project has been in the making for over a year, and the result is an incredible release.

The SB Blazer is a popular model to skate in, and that’s exactly what they did. Even creating an entire website dedicated to this release. Rightfully so, since Mountain and Stecyk have been pioneers in the skateboard and street culture scene since the 70’s. You should have heard of Dogtown, whether the movie or the stories, they both were in the mix in some way or another.

The graphics you see on the heel are the same design Stecyk used when he designed Mountain a skateboard deck all the way back in the 80’s. That should tell you the importance of this collaboration. Available in November.

Nike Dunk High Premium Neon

For 2009, the Nike Dunk High Premium Neon will release in two colors so bright, that they look as if they should be called the “Highlighter Pack”.

The Dunk High is always a hot model, and these releases for next year will definitely turn heads. The neon yellow, and the neon orange colorways are bright! Each shoe features a gum bottom and a white midsole, that really offsets the luminescent nylon uppers and the color matched swooshes. You can’t go wrong with the Dunk High, so if you’re looking for some radiant kicks than 2009 will be for you.

Nike Dunk Hi WMNS - Herringbone Tweed

There’s some debate as to what another pair of black Nike Dunk His should be nicknamed (we’ll touch on that later), but this pair speaks for itself. We always love to see Nike get away from “pink ‘em and shrink ‘em” for their women’s kicks, and this is no exception. These His (looks like a CL-level release from the pics and pricing) are both clean and eyecatching. They feature black leather uppers with a patent leather black swoosh. The entire upper is stiched in white for a nice contrast. On the side panel, we see a tweed herringbone pattern, mostly black and grey, plus little flecks of red here and there. The herringbone tweed looks almost like a staticky TV from afar, but when you close in, you notice the classic tweed styling. We haven’t seen these stateside, so check Size? for those sought-after small sizes.

Nike SB Brazil Custom Series 3 - Dunk Low Artist Edition

Fabio Cristiano

Cezar Gordo

Rodrigo Petersen

Last November saw the release of the Nike SB Brazil Custom Series 2, a collection of Brazil exclusive Dunk Highs designed by Fabio Cristiano, Rodrigo Gerdal, and Cezar Gordo. For the third series, Fabio Cristiano, Cezar Gordo and Rodrigo Petersen are the three designers, Nike recalls two previous contributors in Cristiano and Gordo. Each sneaker consists of various designs along with unique color combinations. All three will be limited to 480 pairs each and will hit select Brazil Nike SB accounts on November 13th.

The Nike Sportswear Holiday 2008 release will include two colors of the Terminator Low and two colors of the Delta Force. You may also spot a pair of Dunks in the mix.

Most notable of the release is the Delta force in the Chi-town colorway, with a speckled sole. We know this will get some people excited. If that’s too much for you, there is a more subtle dark gray and black version as well. The Terminator’s have an interesting mix of materials, add that to the solid colorways, will definitely be worth a closer look. The Dunks also grab attention with the Light Bone/Orange-Brown high tops.

Keep an eye out for these to be hitting retailers soon, as we near those “spending spree” winter months.

“The Way I Am” Eminem Air Jordan Retro 2

Eminem is back…in a different way. At Nort/Recon last night, Eminem held a release party for his book labeled “Eminem: The Way I Am”. Our good friends at Drew Reports were in attendance and captured some nice pics. However, the book is not the only news we’ve come across. Jordan Brand and Eminem are collaborating once again to design an exclusive style of Slim Shady’s favorite Jordan sneaker: the Air Jordan 2. If you recall, Nike and Eminem have teamed up in the past and created an exclusive Air Force One and a Nike Air Max 1.

Inspired by his book, this Air Jordan 2 contains a red, grey, and black upper; however, the craziest feature is the different hand-written Eminem lyrics on the ankle area and toe trim. 313 pairs are scheduled to be released. This number symbolizes the area code for Detroit, MI., Eminem’s hometown. The Marshall Mather’s Foundation, Eminem’s charity organization, will receive the proceeds from the sales of this sneaker. No release date has been set yet.

Air Jordan 1 Low Phat Online

The Air Jordan 1 Low Phat has been a popular release so far. With a lot of the classic Jordan colorways selling out quickly, it has been difficult to find for many people.

For those that haven’t picked up a pair of these, or don’t want to stand in lines, or do any sidewalk camping, they are available online at NikeStore.com. The always popular Black/Varsity Red, the White/Stealth-Midnight Navy, and the White/Varsity Red-Black are available now for $90 in almost every size.

Air Jordan 6IX (Six) Rings Youth - White / Pale Blue / Light Pink

The Air Jordan 6IX (Six) has been featured on the page several times since its initial release, but a youth pair has popped up recently on Sideline Apparel. Consisting of several colors including white, pale blue and light pink, this youth model stays away from strong colors and patent leather as seen on past 6IX Rings models. The Youth Air Jordan 6IX Rings will be available for pre-order on October 18th at 10:00 A.M Central time at Sideline Apparel. The 6IX Rings will ship on October 25th and will hit stores on the 25th as well.

Nike Air Max Foamdome Black

The Nike Air Max Foamdome is one of those kicks that is a love/hate shoe for most. The Neon Royal colorway got a lot of attention, but these Black/Black-Anthracite joints are sure to catch more.

The Foamdome is a shoe-like boot, that takes inspiration and design cues from the Foamposite and combines it with the Air Goadome boot from the Nike ACG line. With the full length air sole unit, I would imagine these are probably comfortable, but I probably will never know since my winters require jeans at most to keep me dry and warm.

Is the hefty $225 price tag on these new kicks too much?

Women’s Nike Dunk Hi Black Patent/Neon

This Nike Dunk Hi features grey suede and black patent leather; these two textures are not seen together often. The neon green accents are visible on the shoelaces, outsole, and tongue.

Nike Dunk Low - Metallic Silver / Black / White

It’s releases like this that tend to get lost in all the Nike SB commotion, but Nike looks to keep it clean and simple with the Nike Dunk Low pictured above. This Dunk Low is composed primarily of a white leather and mesh upper with a black swoosh, laces, toe box, inner lining and sole. It might not carry the SB name, but its hard to not appreciate the combination of color and material.

Nike Womens Air Max 1 & Blazer - Winter Pack

With the winter season in the near future, Nike has created somewhat of an early Christmas gift especially for the ladies. This special “Winter Pack”, which consists of the Air Max 1 and Blazer, has taken inspiration from ski equipment with its navy blue, red, beige, sky blue, and white patched designed sneakers. The Air Max 1 features a snowflake on the tongue, while the Blazer contains a Christmas tree logo on the heel tab. Expect these sneakers to release within the next few upcoming months.
